Detailers using Swirlfree
When you ask for access we keep your email address, your business name and the date you asked. Once approved, you sign in with a link we email you; there's no password. We keep the business details, packages and prices you enter, and the jobs, customers, photos and mileage you record. When you sign in we set one cookie that keeps you signed in for 60 days. It is used for nothing else.
Customers of a detailer
When you book on a detailer's page, or a detailer books you, we keep what's entered: your name, phone, email if given, vehicle, address and notes, plus the job's photos. We keep it for that detailer, who uses it to do and bill the work. We don't contact you ourselves, apart from the detailer's booking and report links, and we never sell or share it.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. You enter card details on Stripe's own page; Swirlfree never sees or stores card numbers. We keep the amount paid, the tip and the time. Detailers who take payments give their identity and bank details to Stripe, not to us. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
Who handles the data
The site, its database and photo storage run on Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). Emails are sent by Resend, Inc. (United States). We use no ads, no tracking and no analytics cookies.
Keeping and deleting
We keep a detailer's records while their account is open. A detailer can delete any job and its photos from the app. To close an account and delete everything, or to ask a detailer's records about you be removed, email us.
