The service

Swirlfree is software for mobile car detailers to take bookings, record jobs and photos, send job reports, take card payments and log mileage. Media Yard LLC provides it. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your account

Accounts are by approval. You're responsible for what you do with your account and for the accuracy of what you enter. Detailers are independent businesses: Swirlfree doesn't do, supervise or guarantee any detailing work.

Payments

Payment processing is provided by Stripe and is subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service. By taking payments through Swirlfree you agree to them, and you authorize Swirlfree to share information about you and your transactions with Stripe.

Swirlfree keeps 1% of the job price on each card payment, never of tips. Stripe's processing fees are separate and shown in your Stripe dashboard. Payouts are made by Stripe to your bank on Stripe's schedule.

Refunds and disputes

The detailer is the seller of the service and handles refunds, cancellations and disputes with their customer, from their Stripe dashboard. Customers with a question about a job or a charge should contact the detailer first; we'll help where we can at hello@swirlfree.com.

Subscription

Swirlfree is free during early access. After that it will cost $29 a month per detailer. We'll tell you at least 30 days before any charge starts, and you can cancel any time before then or after.

Fair use

Don't use Swirlfree for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to upload content you don't have the right to. We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty

Swirlfree is provided as is. Mileage and deduction figures are estimates to plan with, not tax advice. To the extent the law allows, Media Yard LLC's liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
